Default A co-worker of mine is getting demoted. Should I tell her? ?
She is not just a co-worked she is also a friend. We are not best friends just friends. She has helped me through tough times in my life. I feel like I should tell her, but I'm not sure I should.

I think you should. she would be hurt if she found out you knew before she did and didnt even tell her. But be SURE she really is~!
